Appointments with the Editor
- ETD documents may be reviewed by appointment. Requests for appointments should be made as early in the semester as possible. Even though the editor schedules appointments until one week prior to the semester deadline, the available appointment slots usually fill up several weeks before the final week. Do not wait until the last weeks to request an appointment.
- The editor’s schedule is available in Room 114 David Boyd Hall. Please call (225) 578-3181 to make an appointment. Generally appointments are offered between the hours of 10:30 am and 1:30 pm. Students requesting appointments must have read and adhered to the format guidelines of the Graduate School (ETD Guidelines). Students should bring a printed copy (plain paper) of their PDF document to their appointment.
- During the final week before the deadline, students must submit a printed copy (plain paper) of the PDF final version of the thesis or dissertation for the turn-in and review process without meeting with the editor.
